How long does order processing take?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. During Bank Holidays and the Christmas period, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive email updates throughout the order process. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please contact our customer service team within a reasonable time and send clear images of the item via WhatsApp or Instagram. Please do not dispose of the item until you have received a response from us.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before they leave our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Can I return a perfume if I do not like it?
