Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Returns must be started within 14 days of delivery.
  • Personalised/customised items cannot be returned.

How to Return

  • We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
  • Package the item securely to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 2–7 working days for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return your order and place a new one.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via live chat or info@yeahlive.co.uk.
  • Do not dispose of damaged items we may request photos and/or the item returned.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Items

  • Do not open the packaging.
  • Contact us within 24 hours via live chat or info@yeahlive.co.uk with your order number and details.
  • Return the incorrect item in its original condition, including all packaging.

Free Delivery Adjustment

If your order had free delivery and your return drops the order total below the free-delivery threshold, a £3.95 delivery charge may be deducted from your refund.
